We recommend that you should use the COPIAINSTALL9 program to list, select and download available downloads, but the direct download links are available below also. The installer files normally encapsulate the manufacturer's own installer and at the time of creation of this manual are named as follows:

Brooktrout installers include versions for both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
BladeWare installer 2.4.18.0 is the only version we now recommend and support.
TE-Systems installers will check your Software Update Service (SUS) and install in demo mode if the version date (shown in the install window) is later than the end date of the SUS.

Copia VoIP Ports are built-in and do not require a separate download.

We recommend downloading the files to the COPIA\NETBIN folder. This where COPIAINSTALL9 will download them to, and where it expects to run them from.
Earlier versions of CopiaFacts supported Brooktrout TR114 boards [last version to support: v8.1.0.168], Gammalink boards [v7], and Commetrex Powerfax boards [v7], Dialogic Boards [v8.3] and fax modems [v8.3]. Contact Copia Sales for information about availability of older CopiaFacts releases.
