Introduction
From version 8.3.0.233, CopiaFacts includes a remote fax delivery feature as part of the Job Administration feature. This allows a CopiaFacts node, at a remote site or in the cloud, to deliver faxes prepared at an originating CopiaFacts site.
CopiaFacts provides the means to prepare and save a faxable TIF file, ready to transmit, at the originating site; to pick up and send the fax at a delivery node; and to return the results for the originating node to process. The customer is responsible for routing and transmitting work from and to their CopiaFacts sites. This includes moving the prepared faxable TIF files and forwarding the MSMQ messages which will control the operation.
In this topic and its subtopics, a CopiaFacts node will be referred to either as an Originating node or as a Delivery node. A CopiaFacts system may contain either originating nodes or delivery nodes, not both, and will be referred to as a Originating system or a Delivery system.
