The following short-cut keys may be used to perform FFVIEWER functions:
| O | Pop up the file-open dialog to browse and select a file for display |
| U | Select an infobox file for display via the CopiaFacts user profile |
| A | Select a mail file for display via the mail selection dialog |
| F | Send a fax or email using the send dialog. |
| Numeric Pad + | Increase the image size by changing the zoom ratio |
| Numeric Pad - | Decrease the image size by changing the zoom ratio |
| L | Rotate the image 90° Left (anti-clockwise) |
| R | Rotate the image 90° Right (clockwise) |
| I | Display information about the currently displayed file |
| E | Image Options Editor (when a PDF is displayed as a TIF) |
| Ctl-PgUp | Display the previous page of the document |
| Ctl-PgDn | Display the next page of the document |
| Ctl-Home | Display the first page of the document |
| Ctl-End | Display the last page of the document |
| Alt-Down | Move the currently selected page down in the thumbnail list |
| Alt-Up | Move the currently selected page up in the thumbnail list |
| Delete | Delete the document |
| Ctl-Arrow | When the annotation text has focus, moves the annotation |
| Shift-Arrow | When the annotation text has focus, re-sizes the annotation |
You can also use various movement keys to scroll the displayed image. See also working with a displayed image.
The Escape key can be used to clear the currently displayed image.
The Backspace key acts as 'undo' for the last applied annotation. Click on the image first to make sure that the annotation does not have the focus.
