Delay Utility
CFUTIL DELAYNT seconds
The DELAYNT utility waits for the specified number of seconds and then terminates. You may find it useful in a manual start-up command file if the drivers on your system take too long to complete before COPIAFACTS starts up on booting your system. But see also STARTCOPIA.
