The command is used to override global "Self-Induced Busy" options for a specific sender. For details of the syntax see the .UJP version of the $action_phone command used to perform a similar funcion in broadcasting jobs.
Using this command in a Gateway sender template allows the specification of a list of destination numbers which are know to support multiple concurrent incoming faxes. Some large corporate senders may send multiple email-to-fax messages to a single destination, which would be delayed if a global check was in place to guard against multiple faxes being attempted simultaneously to the same number.
Multiple commands may be used to specify multiple lists, for example on common list in addition to a sender-specific list.
