CopiaFacts also supports relaying mail for 'problem' domains through an SMTP account at your own Internet Service Provider. This feature should be used sparingly, and seldom makes any difference to whether or not transmission succeeds. It is useful when the target domain is served by an overloaded SMTP server at peak periods, or if you have insufficient e-mail threads in your CopiaFacts license. For regular single e-mail messages this only results in a delay occurring between the message leaving your machine and arriving in the recipients mailbox, but a lot of transmissions of this type can tie up the CopiaFacts threads and reduce throughput.

This feature is enabled using the EMSETUP program.  Once enabled, it can also be selected for retry attempts (for all target domains) by using a letter 'I' prefix on the $retry_delays delay element.
