CopiaFacts software carries a thirty-day satisfaction warranty. If you are dissatisfied with our software for any reason you may return the product within thirty days of the start of your software license. Before a return authorization is issued you must have discussed this dissatisfaction with our technical support division. Our staff will then inform you as to the return procedure to follow, since Copia will not accept any software returned without an RMA number.
For a further sixty days following the initial thirty-day period, Copia will undertake to correct within a reasonable period of time any reported software error (failure of the software to perform substantially the functions described in the documentation), and replace any magnetic media which proves defective in materials or workmanship on an exchange basis without charge. Copia does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, that operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all software errors will be corrected. Copia is not responsible for problems caused by changes in the operating characteristics of computer hardware, voice or fax boards or computer operating systems not under the control of Copia.
Copia further reserves the right to make changes to the specifications of the program and contents of the manual without obligation to notify any person or organization of such changes. Copia cannot guarantee the accuracy of printed material after the date of publication, nor can Copia accept responsibility for errors or omissions.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, COPIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT INFRINGE THE PATENT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS.
