There are a variety of ways in which you can load files for viewing in FFVIEWER.

File AssociationIf you set up an Explorer "association" to FFVIEWER for the file-extensions you are using (.1, .2, .TIF, etc.) then double-clicking on a file will automatically launch the FFVIEWER program for that file.  The CopiaFacts install normally automatically enables associations for .TIF, .GCT, .GTT and .1.
Command-LineOn the desktop you can use |New|ProgramItem to create an icon for FFVIEWER.  If you need to regularly view a particular volatile fax file, you can use the command line in the program manager attributes dialog to specify the filename on the FFVIEWER command line.  You can also use the command line to specify the file to view if you launch FFVIEWER from another program.
Drag and DropYou can drag and drop a file from the Explorer onto the FFVIEWER window, or onto the FFVIEWER icon.  If you attempt to drop multiple files, they will form a document which can then be saved as a single file.  If you drop a GCT file or GTT file, it should be the only file in the group.
Open File DialogAfter starting FFVIEWER you can use the Open File dialog to browse for each file you want to view.
Infobox DialogAfter starting FFVIEWER you can use the Infobox dialog to select a document based on its Infobox number, using the $image_locn commands in your CopiaFacts user profile.
Mail SelectionAfter starting FFVIEWER you can use the mail selection dialog to select an incoming fax mail item.  The dialog allows the specification of the active mail box or image directory and selection of a document based on filename, date, sender CSID (fax answerback) or fax NSF data.
