Click on the Archive tab to choose options for archiving or removing files that collect in the selected owners’ Inbox, Attachments, or Temp folder. When you choose the archive options page, the following screen should be displayed:

You must select a user from the list of owners in order to select an action. The default is No Action, which leaves all of your files alone. You should choose Delete to choose which files you wish to have removed and how often you want the system to delete those files. You should choose Archive to choose which files you wish to archive as zip files, how often you wish to archive those files, and which folder you wish to use to store archives.

Deletion

When you choose the delete radio-button, the following screen is displayed:

The drop-down list of folders allows you to choose the folder from which files will be removed. You may choose Inbox, Temp, or Attachments. These folders hold your incoming fax messages, temporary fax images created during the faxing process, and attachments copied over for the server to send on your behalf.

The days selection allows you to choose how old files must be before they can be deleted.

The file selection patterns list shows a list of file patterns which will be used to select files for deletion. The default is *.*, which means all files in the corresponding folder(s) will be deleted. You may use the edit field to the right of the list to enter new patterns. Use the Delete button to remove the selected pattern from the list. Use the Add button or press the Enter key to add the pattern in the edit field to the list.

The file deletion process is run as a worker task by CopiaFacts.
