Set a Special System Voice Messages Directory

$vmsg_dir dirname

This command specifies different voice message directories for different users. These directories are used both for standard voice prompts and for the multiple-segment voice files such as FAXFACTS.DIG and FAXFACTS.AMT. This option is most useful in service bureau operations in which the greeting messages and other messages have to be tailored to individual customers, and in multiple-language applications.

In a UJP file this command is required only for Voice Broadcast applications which require standard system messages.

The parameter on this command is used as follows:

dirname full pathname of the directory to be searched first for voice messages for this user profile. If the message is not found there, CopiaFacts will look in the directories named in the FAXMSG or SVP environment variable.

You can also change the voice message directory during a call by assigning a new directory name to the system variable VMSG_DIR.

Default: CopiaFacts looks in the directories named in the FAXMSG or SVP environment variable.

Examples:

$vmsg_dir @FFBASE\voice

$vmsg_dir @FFBASE\3000

$vmsg_dir @FFBASE\spanish

$vmsg_dir @FFBASE\3030\voice
