Set a Non-standard Job-IVR Playback File
This command is used to specify an override voice algorithm file for job number confirmation playback. The job-IVR playback file is used to report a job number allocated to the caller. You may wish to use this feature to implement foreign language versions of the playback file for various lines. The algorithm for this file normally creates a spoken message "a job number of .... has been allocated, please make a note of it".
The parameters on this command are used as follows:
|filename||the full pathname of the file to be used.|
Default: FAXFACTS.JBI unless the $vmsg_dir pathname contains the string 'WAV', in which case FAXFACTW.JBI. To find this file, CopiaFacts first looks in the voice message directory assigned to the application using $vmsg_dir, if any. It will then search the current directory and all directories named in a FAXMSG or SVP environment variable, if you have one. If this file is not found then FAXFACTS.DIG is used instead.
