Specify MSMQ name for real-time status messages

$monitor_qname node qname [maxttr]

This command specifies the name of a private MSMQ queue to which messages will be written as each monitored state or call progress state is reached during call processing.  For details of how to select monitored states, and of message content, see Real-Time Status Monitoring.

The parameters on this command are used as follows:

node the nodename of the machine which is to use this queue, or * for all nodes.  Note that this is a nodename but the first parameter on the $monitor_list command is a line-group name.
qname the name of an existing private queue to which this node has permission to write.
maxttr the maximum time to receive in seconds. If omitted, the message will not expire.

The content of messages is specified using the MQM_MESSAGE_TEXT control variables (for the message body).  If the resulting message content is empty, no message is written.

When using this command we recommend that you add a $system_dlls command with a keyword msmq to ensure that CF8MSMQ.DLL and the Windows MQRT.DLL are loaded.

Example:

$monitor_qname * MNAME\private$\monitor 30 ; keep messages 30 seconds
